What will I get from taking part?
As part of the collective you will:
> Improve your skill level in circus skills and street dance
> Have the opportunity to learn specialist skills including cyr wheel, trick bike, tumbling and hula hoop
> Have access to incredible performance opportunities. Past Street Circus Collectives have performed with Zoonation Youth Company directed by Arlene Philips, Circusstad Festival in Rotterdam and the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Who will be teaching the project?
You will work with artists in the professional circus and dance industries. Key tutors are:
Street Circus Collective Mentor: Ed Stephen
Aerial Artist-Tutors: Clare Anderson and Lila Lifely
Dance Artist-Tutor: Xavi Monreal
Acrobatics Artist-Tutor: Adrian Porter

Do I need any particular skills or experience to take part?
You need to be at intermediate to advanced level in street dance and/or acrobatics and/or another circus skill. Participants must commit to training in both dance and acrobatics.

You will need to be available for sessions on Sundays 11am-5.15pm and Wednesdays 6.30-8.30pm. Please note, there may also be extra rehearsals scheduled in the lead up to performances.

Is there anything I need to bring or wear? Clothes comfortable for movement, a bottle of water
